Carlo’s Bakery in Hoboken is expanding his operations into JC to expand its current 7,500 sq. ft. facility in Hoboken into 30,000 sq. ft. of space located in the Lackawanna Center at 629 Grove St. in JC

In addition, classrooms and a studio for his popular television show will be created.

Emmes Asset Management, owner of 629 Grove Street, will create The Shops at Lackawanna, a new destination retail development that involves redeveloping 200,000 sq. ft. of ground floor space into retail and resurfacing 6 acres of ground level parking for 600 cars.
