The Green Roots Collection is an eco-friendly shop that represents women's and men's contemporary clothing, and home accessories. As a company we foster the ideals of quality and style with a naturally conscious approach. Our goal is to be forward thinking enviornmentally, while being fashion forward.

Long time friends and business partners Patrick Randall and Randy Baun relocated from Pittsburgh, PA to historic Hudson, Ohio to open the first Life is good Genuine Neighborhood Shoppe in the state. Hudson's unique demographics of being an economically thriving family community, along with its proximity to beautiful Cuyahoga National Park, and to major metropolitan areas, such as Cleveland and Akron, are a perfect lifestyle match for the Life Is Good brand. Since 1994, company founder's Bert and John Jacobs, with the help of the company's smiling faced mascot Jake, have been spreading optimism worldwide through the simple quotes and images on the brands’ extensive line of clothing and home accessories.
