Used as a gathering place for workers during lunch time, for young people on weekends and evenings, and for the homeless during all hours, this plaza is attractive to an aray of Richmond residents. Used mostly as a public space, some recreational activities (such as skateboarding) are a regular occurance at this plaza. It is equipped with numerous covered benches, beautiful trees, and a unique spiral entranceway from across Canal Street
