Centerstone offer a full range of behavioral health services to people of all ages through our network of Centerstone facilities and school and community partnership locations. We offer Individual, couple and family counseling, Emergency services, Psychiatric services and medication management, Substance abuse and addiction disorder treatment, Home based services, Sexual abuse and trauma counseling, School based counseling, Residential program, Prevention and wellness program and Employment services.

Centerstone’s education outreach initiatives provide our communities with a better understanding of behavioral healthcare issues and solutions, helping to reduce stigma and encouraging people to seek help. We also work with physicians to better integrate behavioral and physical healthcare.
