Mississippi Gourmet Mushrooms is a family based business located in Hattiesburg, MS, owned and operated by Brent and Renee Williams. Using an all natural process, our company grows and harvests Shiitake, Hericium, and two varieties of Oyster Mushrooms. Our company takes pride in the quality of our mushrooms and guarantees delivery of a fresh product within hours of harvest.
In the fall of 2005, Mississippi Gourmet Mushrooms incorporated and produced our first harvest of Oyster Mushrooms. We cater to health-conscious consumers and market our product to high-end restaurants, grocery stores, and specialty markets such as the New Yokel Market & Side Door Caf�?©.
