Sustainable Construction is a residential home building and development firm engaged in custom home building and design-build projects. Our company is built on the guiding principles of providing you with a product of lasting value, the highest level of service, with uncompromising honesty and integrity.

Specializing in the construction of traditional architectural home styles, Sustainable Construction is heavily focused on building in Traditional Neighborhood Developments that represent a return to traditional town planning principles, often referred to as new urbanism. For example, we are a member of the Builder’s Guild of The Town of Lost Rabbit in Madison County, Mississippi — one of a limited group of builders selected and approved by the developer of the project.
