Crwys Community Woodland
Overview
An area cleaned up and created by local residents, which is now a Site of Interest for Nature Conservation (SINC). The woodland is an interesting mix of habitats including wet grassland, pond area, marsh habitats, scrub and deciduous woodland which provide resources for a wealth of wildlife. The woodland is managed by Crwys & District Sports Association for the benefit of wildlife and the enjoyment and appreciation of people. The site has access for all abilities and is especially suitable for wheelchair users.
