Chef Daniela Troia is the owner since 2005. Zia's finds that local food is important, and tries to find the best organic and local ingredients. The cafe feels raw food is important in order to absorb the maximum amount of enzymes. They also choose meat and poultry from all-natural farms, but has moved towards a more vegan/raw menu. They feel that juicing is a great way to get important nutrients into the body, which is why they have a great juice bar. Zia's also has free wi-fi.
