Conodoguinet Creek flows through the northern portion of Cumberland Valley and empties into the Susquehanna River at West Fairview. It is a Class 1 stream, characterized by easy moving water with a few riffles and small waves, suitable for a beginner. Canoeing and rafting on this creek are best from West Pennsboro Township to the Susquehanna River.
