Descripción
Edificio de oficinas administrativas de la Empresa Nacional de Petróleo en Magallanes que permite el ahorro de energía mediante el efecto invernadero que provoca el cristal que envuelve la contrucción de 1.776 metros cuadrados. Además protege del fuerte viento de esa zona. El proyecto fue desarrollado por los arquitectos Cristóbal Gross Ossa y Alberto Contesse.
