This old building is going through a rehabilitation based on urban ecological principles. Cooperating with the municipality and architects, the tenants of the three apartments have made a vast amount of changes in order to make the house more environmentally sound and sustainable. These efforts also extend to the garden, where they grow fruit, vegetables and herbs, based on principles of organic agriculture and permaculture.
