No public access. Swansea Bay Energy Partnership Ltd is a non profit distributing company which was established to develop, own and operate the community-based wind turbine in Swansea Docks. The principal aim of the project is to achieve reductions in CO2 emissions. Profits generated by the sale of electricity produced go into a fund which is used to support energy and carbon saving measures in the local community. Currently it is supporting the Eastside Energy Scheme www.eastsideenergyscheme.org.uk
