The addition of 50,000 square feet of flagship quality retail with 217 feet of linear and 37-47 feet of vertical frontage on Peachtree Street will make 999 Peachtree a destination for shoppers experiencing Atlanta's dynamic new Midtown Mile. With new façades on Peachtree and 10th Street, pedestrians will be able to easily access the building's retail offerings.

The Midtown Mile, 14 consecutive blocks along Peachtree Street, will boast one million square feet of retail shopping and dining. Vehicular traffic at the intersection exceeds 36,700 cars on Peachtree Street and 34,300 cars on 10th Street daily.
