Built in the 1970s, Halcott Square was named after local activist and Recreation and Parks employee Charles M. Halcott, and sponsored by Baltimore Green Space. The square is decorated with red brick, including the path, and is home to organized shrugs, trees, and flowers. It includes a small sitting area with benches and tables.
