SUMMER FARMERS MARKET
Iowa's oldest open-air market is open 7 a.m. to noon Saturdays from May through October. More than 90 vendors sell a variety of fresh vegetables, fresh fruits, breads, quilts, wreaths, dry flowers, handmade jewlery, and quilts.
Stretching from the area around City Hall at Iowa and 13th Street down Iowa Street to 11th Street, the market features entertainment and special events on select Saturdays. Those interested in becoming market vendors should call the Main Street office.
