精神障害のある方と地域住民が共に利用でき自由に過ごすことができるくつろぎの場として，事業を実施しています。期間，定員，申込方法などはなく，市民であればいつでも誰でも気軽に利用できます。いわば地域のコミュニティカフェです。軽食やコーヒーが頂けます。おやつの時間には近所のお年寄りが集まってきます。定価もドリンクとおやつで250円（会員は200円）と格安。着物の布などを使ったかわいい小物なども置いている和雑貨の店でもあります。
