犁分里古厝聚落位處大肚山台地的山腰，在台灣近期空間革命的過程，仍保留傳統農村聚落樣貌---古老的最小互助社會。今日居民仍是飲用同一口井的地下水，由此可以細細的發現聚落是如何相互依存的生活；除此之外，王宅、張宅、陳宅較大型的合院宅第有較多且完整的保存；且遊走巷弄間不僅可感受當地獨特的鵝卵石空間，亦可體驗比鄰而居的親密感。

The settlement of the traditional alley is located on the foot hill of Dadu Mountain. In the process of space revolution in the recent period of Taiwan, the traditional country settlement still maintains its look, and it’s still an old and the smallest reciprocal society. Today, residents still drink the water from the same well. Therefore, it can be discovered that how settlement is dependent on each other. Besides, the big-scale residence of Wang’s house, Zhang’s house, Chen’s house has had been preserved completely. When you walk along the alleys，you will not only appreciate the cobble-stone alley , but will also feel the intimacy of the neighborhood.
