Boggs Creek Recreation area
Overview
Boggs Creek Rec Area is a great place to spend the day or camp for the night. This beautiful park has one road in and one road out that runs along side Boggs Creek. There are many little waterfalls, great swimming holes, and wading spots. The sound of the creek running and birds chirping offer a relaxing environment. Several primitive campsites are offered along the creek and a few off to themselves. All of the campsites have fire rings/grill and tent pads but picnic tables are in day use areas. There is no charge for day use areas. If you choose to camp, it's $8.00 and check out is 2:00 p.m. the following day.
