Visão geral
OMLPS has a 3.8 kW photovoltaic array on the southern roof of the technical service building in Oberlin. The array consists of twenty one, 180 Watt Shuco panels, covering an area of approximately 16' x 19'. It is connected with a Fronius inverter to the grid and is a grid tie system to offset power used in the building. It is estimated the array will produce about 6% of the building's power use based on 2007 numbers. The system is also tied to a display and logger to monitor the actual output of the array.
