This park offers nature at every turn. Lots of shade trees and grassy areas complete with picnic areas and wildlife. Walk the extensive trail system amidst shady trees and local fauna. Relax on a bench and watch geese, ducks and other birds in a serene setting. Walk out on the dock or cross streams on the foot bridges. It is bordered on the west by Forest Green Park which has lots of open grassy area for field games, a softball backstop, a covered picnic area with tables and barbecue grills. It also has a nice playground. Parking is available on the Country Hills entrance to the park, but is limited. Includes restroom facilities.
