The Greenbelt Branch library has books, magazines, newspapers, business resources, CD's, recorded books, DVDs, and internet access. The branch also has weekly story times and monthly book discussion groups for both children and adults. Special programs are offered throughout the year and participates in the ATTP summer reading program. Additionally, the Tugwell Room hosts a special reference collection on city/urban planning, cooperatives, Greenbelt towns, and the history of the City of Greenbelt. Libraries relate to sustainability because of their community involvement.
