Overview

Some seating has been provided at the sidewalk level but the main open space, an urban garden, cascades down into the middle recess of the building. Several small terraces with benches, stairs, planters and a water feature extend down two floors and end in a space with tables and chairs outside a deli.
It gets little sun and there is no signage anywhere indicating that it is a public space.
