Machneyuda restaurant gets its name from the namesake market that the restaurant calls home. Symbolic of the new wave in Israeli cuisine, Machneyuda mixes authentic Middle Eastern influences with modern day preparations keeping in line with the growing farm to table movement taking over the country. The result is a unique establishment perfectly balancing three viewpoints that serves up new world cuisine in a decidedly old world location that is considered the best restaurant in the country. 10 Be'it Yaacov Street, Jerusalem; 972 (2) 533 3442; Sun-Thus 12:30- 4 PM and 6:30- last customer, Fri 11:30 AM- 1:30 PM, Sat after Shabbat- last customer; $$$ CC accepted
