McAuley is one of two main student residential buildings located on Trinity campus. The total area of the building is approximately 44,986 soft and there is 130,070 soft of surrounding land available for wells. The building is currently heated and cooled by two steam boilers that are in need of replacing. They can be replaced with new boilers augmented by geothermal.
