About NYC LEED

Sobre

Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) is an internationally-recognized green building certification system. Developed by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) in March of 2000, LEED provides building owners and operators with a framework to promote energy reduction, water conservation, improved indoor environmental quality, and many other sustainable practices. Based on a point-credit system, a building can obtain a rating of certified, silver, gold, or platinum. The NYC LEED Open Green Map locates all certified LEED buildings in the five boroughs of New York City.
