Rezumat

Birthed out of a caring desire to improve the daily quality of life of impoverished South Africans, original tea bag designs offer a range of high quality, hand made products, which are creatively unique.

A humble tea bag sitting at the bottom of an unassuming mug, joined by boiling water, milk and sugar, stirred to perfection was the inspiration for intricate works of beauty, creating upliftment and self-worth.

This tea bag was enjoyed, dried, emptied, ironed and decorated to become the first of its kind, an Original T-Bag Designs greeting card.

T-Bag Designs now boasts exquisitely hand-made products ranging from their original cards to notebooks, decoupaged boxes, candles, mirrors, coasters, placemats, wrapping paper and more.

An inviting workshop in Hout Bay doubles up as a gift shop where tourists drop in for a "cuppa" and watch a DVD depicting the journey from garden-shed to greatness.
