Overview

Clackmannanshire Care and Repair is designed to provide assistance and support to elderly or disabled home owners and private tenants to enable them to maintain, repair or improve their homes.

Care and Repair can help in a variety of ways with a wide range of housing problems.
We can't pay for the work or carry it out ourselves but we can:

help you decide what repairs and improvements are needed in your home;
give you an idea of the cost and how to raise the money;
help you find a suitable builder to do the work;
help you fill in forms and apply for grants and loans;
put you in touch with other agencies who may be able to help;
help you cope with any disruption while repairs are being done.
