Cwmafan Residents Action Committee
Rezumat
A group of volunteers working to promote community development in the Afan Valley village of Cwmafan near Port Talbot. CRAC is a constituted committee which organise bi-monthly Cwmtogether meetings. All residents are welcome to attend and have a say in what is happening in their community. It's a chance to meet the Police, local Councillors, the Communities First team and the CRAC members.
CRAC recently won the NPT Environment Awards Green Voluntary Group of the Year Award.
Formed in 1995
Re established as a new committee in 2005
Giving a community voice to all ages.
Attract grant funding for the promotion of a community spirit and health promotion.
