Rezumat
Meat: Zaitzeff uses 100% grass-fed beef sourced directly from the ranch where the cows are raised. Grass-fed beef is most often known for being the most lean form.
Meat for the burgers is ground in-house to their specifications, meaning they have more control over the product and the meat goes through fewer processing steps.
Their other items are also sustainable and organic including the range of “Blue Sky” sodas that are up for offer next to the usual suspects as well as beer and wine.
Condiments include organic versions of the usual burger toppings such as Heinz ketchup.
