This restaurant came as an idea of Business owner Eli Zabar after his self named markets became successful. Eli’s Zabar’s markets are very well known and loved by the Upper East Side and what better than to really practice “farm to table” than by having them right next door. He uses farm fresh organic ingredients from local places, such as his own rooftop to provide the best for his customers.
