Rezumat
Over the Rainbow is a private, family-owned child care center established in 1981. Housed in a large, renovated estate-home built around 1915, the site is located on 2 acres of land containing two playgrounds and plans for a children's garden and a memorial garden. Choosing to educated children about ecosystems at a young age, the nursery is a Certified National Wildlife Federation Schoolyard Habitat which offers resources to make learning fun in an outdoor classroom. Children learn what animals will visit their habitat, what they will eat, and how human impacts like fences and sidewalks will have on ecosystems.
