Renaissance Middle School at Rand

Rezumat

Renaissance @ Rand is a middle school for students from sixth to eighth grades. Principal Dr. Jill Sack provides the guidance for faculty to teach students liberal arts to exceed state and school district standards. Ignoring the walls of the classroom, the school makes use of community resources including classes at the Montclair Art Museum and access to the Montclair Public Library. Field studies are performed in outdoor ecological areas and historical sites are examined.There is a Mac computer lab along with two carts of Macbook computers which can be used in the classroom and on field trips. Renaissance also focuses on community service and volunteering.
