History of this Location
José Andreas plays an important role in the creative arts scene in Paraty through his watercolor and oil paintings and bossa nova and jazz music, which he plays at Porto Restaurant after 4PM in the Centro Histórico. From 1998-1999 he was also curator of Casa da Cultura. He buys all of his paints local, and paints for the community.
