Spier’s environmental and social initiatives are many and varied, and include ways to reduce water usage. 100% of wastewater and over 80% of solid waste is recycled.

Eight restaurant is a farm to table eating experience. Enjoy wine tasting and multiple restaurants, where local grown, organic food choices are available. Take a walk through.
