Lila is located in a beautiful, historic loft on the Bowery in the vibrant NoHo neighborhood of Manhattan. NoHo is known for its eclectic arts and performance spaces, including the Public Theater, CBGB's and the Bowery Poetry Club. Across Houston Street in trendy "NoLIta" at the edge of SoHo are many interesting cafés and boutiques, and the bohemian East Village is across Bowery.

Lila is a unique yoga, Dharma, and healing arts center dedicated to the cultivation and celebration of the cycle of life. Lila provides a supportive environment for exploration and transformation to nourish our community of students and teachers as they deepen their experience of body, mind and spirit. Lila's yoga classes honor the wisdom and creativity of our teachers and their diverse training and experience in various yoga traditions. The programs and services at Lila tap into the wisdom of nature that is physiologically and spiritually rooted in our hearts and bodies, and Lila offers many programs that support the birth cycle and parenting.
