UMSL Water Garden

Joseph Martinich and Vicki Sauter (both professors and husband and wife), and a team of volunteers helped to grow a rain garden on UMSL's campus located at eh University's Computer Center Building in 2010. The rain gared once consisted of bad soil, vines, rocks and weeds, and is now replaced with and outstanding rain garden which is expecte to grow native plants that require little to no maintenance but still look attractive including some that can grow up to 7 feet tall.
