History:
- Original use: Residential;
- Built in 1875 by F.W. Kleivitz;
- Original owner: Edward Hari.
- Was the home of the 9th St Bakery from 1926-2013. Max and Lena Wolkirmerski emigrated to US in 1913 from Zetel Belarus. They opened up a bakery on the corner of Allen and Stanton. Their children Joe, Harry and Helen moved the bakery to 9th and First Avenue where it still remained until earlier this year. In the end, he bakery was owned and operated by Oleg and Tetyana, a couple that emigrated from Ukraine in the 90s.

Overall Condition:
- Excellent overall condition;
- Corner lot;
- Building separated in its middle.

- Matiell Consignment Shop (buy and resale designer clothes);
- A.K. Shoe Repair;
- East Village Pizza;
- The China Star Restaurant.
