"主祀神：觀音菩薩。虎山巖左右依山傍水，四周有竹林環抱，與碧山巖、清水巖同為彰化三大巖寺。虎山巖主祀觀音菩薩，陪祀十八羅漢，寺旁同祀地藏王菩薩與五營將軍，右廂房則供奉虎山巖獻地功德主賴鳳高、陳大高的長生祿位。
