朝南宮及新館社區活動中心
概览
「朝南宮」主神天上聖母，早年屬家內神，因為神威顯赫，受萬民所恭奉敬拜，當時稱為「同和宮」；後來前往北港「朝天宮」分靈奉祀香火，加上彰化南瑤宮聖四媽會分靈五湖宮，成為角頭之一。並於民國35年建宮，奉北港朝天宮天上聖母旨意，命名以「朝天宮」的「朝」，以及「南瑤宮」的「南」為名，將原來的「同和宮」改為「朝南宮」，後來在民國72年重建，延續宮內香火鼎盛，信徒眾多的景像。
朝南宮還有一個典故，據說是從田尾鄉遷移過來的。日治時代，村裡的某人帶著朝南宮的香火去菲律賓當兵，因為當時戰況非常激烈，這個人遇到了危險，結果玄天上帝顯靈幫他度過危機，在村裡的神蹟更加顯赫，因而建廟供奉。
