Design-Build of the City of Jacksonville’s new Animal Care & Protective Services facility. The building is the City of Jacksonville’s first LEED Gold certified facility and includes state-of-the-art features such as a cool roof, low flow plumbing fixtures, and drought tolerant landscaping. Additional sustainable building features include waste diversion from landfills, and heavy usage of recycled materials and low-emitting adhesives & paints. The cutting-edge center includes new labs and equipment, kennels, automatic water-bowl fillers, bicycle racks, storage & locker rooms. Approximately 41,098 square feet.
