Overview

No votes yet

Joubert Park is the city's oldest park, granted by the Volksraad in 1887. It is one the busiest and most vibrant parks in the city centre, with about 20 000 people using it each month. Joubert Park is also home to the Johannesburg Art Gallery and the Conservancy. It has a lovely fountain and large-scale chessboards, and maintains some the city's innovative environmental developments on its grounds.
