The previous Hanxiang Aerospace industrial Development Cooperation is now Aeronautical Development Center. In1987, engineers of American’s GM Power were invited to Taiwan to research about Jingguohao flight. They establish Hanxiang Aerospace industrial Development Cooperation to provide boarding for foreign engineers. It was listed as the confidential district at that time. After the research was finished, the boarding was dwelled by Hanxiang engineers. Due to the strict management, it had become the best resort for the president. The planning layout is mainly American-style Townhouses, and on both sides of the road are camphor trees. Beautiful landscape would let people feel like living in California, USA. There are other public facilities, including meeting halls, classrooms, sports fields, stadiums, clubs, swimming pools and kitchens, etc.
