History of this artist:
Silvio Cezar de Oliveira, known as Silvinho, is a native of Paraty. As a young person, he began working for the Secretary of Turismo and Culture in Paraty. Silvinho has also been a camera man for ECO TV. One of his favorite pastimes is surfing at Trindade.
Sustainable Features:
Silvinho has created a unique style of art in Paraty where he takes the fallen leaves of the palm trees and creates colorful artists fish. His work can be found at Mata Atlantica on Rua do Comercio.
