Roots 'n' fruits

Roots 'n' Fruits is a community food co-operative, run by volunteers and supported by Healthy Directions. Roots 'n' Fruits sell £2.50 bags of fruit, fresh vegetables and salad, £1 bags of potatoes (usually local Gower potatoes). Recipes and health information are also provided in the bags. The produce is provided by the local wholesaler. The aims of Roots 'n' Fruits are to bring fruit & vegetables into the area and to provide healthy eating information.

Opening Times and Volunteering
Orders must be placed by Tuesday at the latest for Friday collection. Customers can contact Healthy Directions to order for Roots 'n' Fruits on 01792 474757. Roots 'n' Fruits are open for collection on Friday mornings 9.30-11.30am in the Back Flat in the Healthy Directions building. New customers & volunteers are always welcome. The bags can be delivered to your door if you live in the local area.
