—Sidewalks are not well-maintained
—Are not wide enough for informal gatherings
—Are not buffered from moving traffic in places
—There are no crosswalks or pedestrian signals
—There is no bike lane or safe biking accommodation
—Speed of vehicles down Windle is intimidating for pedestrians and bicyclists
—There is no pedestrian entrance to the YMCA
—There is no safe space to walk through YMCA parking lot
—YMCA parking lot breaks streetscape, making walking environment less pleasant
—The street lacks unique/memorable features

Opportunities:

—Convert one or more parking spaces into a safe, well-marked crosswalk
—Turn grass strip by the Y pool into a sidewalk
—Add a crosswalk at Main and Windle
