Overview

No votes yet

A new wetland site created by the development of the new Clackmannanshire Bridge, part of the sea wall was breached to allow the surrounding area to flood at high tide. The site is quickly becoming a haven for wildlife. This type of site is rare as the water here is brackish, a mixture of fresh and salt, and it encourages certain types of plants.
