The DeQuindre Cut is an amazing example of redevelopment done right. This old submerged rail line was turned into a biking and walking path, but preserved the incredible and long-standing legacy of incredible graffitti art. Native plantings and important connections between Eastern Market, the riverfront and the State park on the water, make this a great spot.
