Overview
In AFRICANSWISS an open plan kitchen allows clients to view the ongoing preparation of food. No aritificial ingredients or frozen convinient food is used. Swiss style bread is baked daily in w wood-burning oven. Delicacies, such as Swiss Cheese Fondue made from imported real Swiss cheeses.
The first weekend of the month the Valley Market is hosted at the AFRICANSWISS Restaurant. The Valley market originated in the Buffelspoort Valley, a beautiful area at the foothills of the Magaliesberg Mountain. The market aims to awaken people to the beauty of nature and the importance of living consciously, ensuring holistic health and happiness! The Valley Market provides an opportunity for small farmers to market their produce and for us to buy local.
