Description of resource: It is a four story red brick building with a Japaneses restaurant located at first floor. The wall outside the second floor is white and the color is not matched with red brick building
History of resource: This brick building was constructed in 1871 for M. Halliday as a workshop. In 1874, the rear wall of extension was taken down and a new brick wall was built, and in 1941 a certificate of occupancy was issued to owner Louis Steinhardt indicating that the building was being used as an auto repair shop, an office, and a one family dwelling.
