Overview
Osprey Fountains, the University of North Florida’s newest residence hall, has been certified LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) Silver by the U. S. Green Building Council.
The five-story, 385,000-square-foot-building houses 1,000 students and is located on Osprey Ridge Road off Kernan Boulevard. The student housing project, with two residential towers on each side, cost $86 million, and the infrastructure includes parking facilities, an access road, retention ponds, walking trails and a walkway connection to the main campus.
